Rental POlicy

  1. Rental Agreement: All rentals are subject to a rental agreement between the business and the renter. The agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the rental, including the rental period, rental fees, and any restrictions or limitations on use. Renters must review and sign the rental agreement before taking possession of the rental.
  2. Rental Fees: Rental fees are determined by the business and are based on the rental period, the type of rental, and any additional equipment or services required. All rental fees are due in full at the time of rental, and any extensions to the rental period must be approved by the business.
  3. Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of rental. The security deposit is refundable upon return of the rental in good condition and in compliance with the rental agreement. Any damages or loss caused to the rental will be deducted from the security deposit.
  4. Rental Period: The rental period begins at the time of rental and ends at the agreed upon time and date specified in the rental agreement. Any extension to the rental period must be approved by the business and may be subject to additional fees.
  5. Use of Rental: Renters must use the rental in accordance with the rental agreement and any applicable laws and regulations. The rental may only be used for the purpose stated in the rental agreement, and renters may not sublet or transfer the rental to any third party without the express written consent of the business.
  6. Maintenance and Repair: Renters are responsible for the proper care, maintenance, and repair of the rental during the rental period. Any damages or malfunctions must be reported to the business immediately, and renters may be liable for any repairs or replacement costs resulting from damage caused to the rental.
  7. Return of Rental: Renters must return the rental in the same condition as when it was rented, except for reasonable wear and tear. The rental must be returned on or before the agreed upon time and date specified in the rental agreement. Late returns may be subject to additional fees.
  8. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the rental period. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  9. Insurance: Renters are responsible for insuring the rental against loss, theft, or damage during the rental period. The business is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property stored or transported in the rental.
  10. Liability: Renters assume all liability for any damages or injuries caused by the rental during the rental period. The business is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of the rental.
